To start working on your art I'll need:- A brief description about them and their personality (I love reading lore so don't be shy to tell me about them ^^).
- AND an old artwork of your character OR a mood board/pinterest board with images that represents the character concept and the aesthetic you're aiming for.

How can I order?

You will receive a high resolution file of the art through email (300ppi .png) and a lower resolution .jpeg version.Can I give feedbacks on the art?
Yes! I'll send a sketch for your approval before coloring, where we can make all the necessary adjustments.

About my process

Hi! I hope you were able to find all the important information regarding how to proceed about your commission!Now, about how I like to work. I work better when given some creative freedom to add my own interpretation of the character.
I value a very open and respectful communication throught the whole process. I also like to hear my clients opinions and ideas.
You can expect me to reach out whenever I need more details or to ask something about your commission.Once paid, the commission will have a estimated time between 1 to 2 months to be completed. I'll check in with you when I have a sketch of the art then we can discuss if it needs any adjustments.
After that, I'll work on the linework and paint the base colors. You can expect a contact from me to comfirm if the colors are all right and to get an overall update.
Once approved, it's time to finish your artwork!All in all I want to provide a very clear and collaborative experience for anyone who chooses to work with me! Also don't hesitate to inquire whenever you want updates on your order!

General info

  • You are only purchasing the digital file, a high-resolution (300dpi) .png file and a lower resolution .jpeg one;

  • Commissions are for PERSONAL use;

  • I will always send a sketch for approval;

  • I usually post sketches, work in progress images and the finished pieces on my social media and portfolios. If the commission is a surprise, I can hold the posting until the date passes.

  • I reserve the rights of increasing the price if you want a very high detailed drawing;

  • I reserve the rights of refusing or cancelling your request if I don't feel like drawing it, or you have been proved troublesome in any way;

  • By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them.

Copyright / Usage Policy

  • As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, including:

• Claiming the commissioned piece as their own work.
• Displaying the commissioned work in portfolios, websites, social media platforms, etc.
• Modify and edit the commissioned piece (for advertisement and portfolio purpose).

  • As a commissioner you may: Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to myself @cindymon; Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.

  • You are NOT ALLOWED to:

• Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission; ;
• Reproduce the copyrighted artwork comercially (meaning making money of it in any way).
• Take credit for the art; Remove my watermarks /signatures.

  • I don't allow my work to be used on any sort of block-chain related technology, such as NFT or AI training.

Work Speed

  • Estimated time is 1-2 months since the moment I start working on your illustration (after the payment). If you need your commission to be made by a certain date you must state it in the e-mail so we can check the availability.

  • I will always inform you if something comes up or if there is a delay with the art.

  • You may ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like and I can send you work in progress images.

  • Doesn't apply to Special Offers

Revisions

  • I'll send a sketch for your approval before coloring. In this stage we can have all the adjustments and minor modifications (if necessary).

  • We will have a minor revision when getting at the base colors.

  • Any big modification needs to be discussed and a fee will be charged accordingly.

  • Doesn't apply to Special Offers

Refund

  • Commissions and payment are irrevocable and non-refundable except in the case of the artist's inability to complete the order.

  • If I cancel a commission before finishing it, I'll refund you the % of work unfinished.
